Exhibit Hall - One Day Only ($1,200)Takes place during a coordinated lunch breaks with no concurrent programming. It will be the gathering place for an expected 200 attendees. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-paid basis.
- Includes 8' x 10' booth, 6' draped table and 2 chairs
- Contact the hotel if you need power
- Set-up begins at 9am CST on Exhibit Hall day and tear-down is immediately after Exhibit Hall ends
- Ship materials to: Renaissance Shoals Resort & Spa, 10 Hightower Place, Florence, AL 35630 clearly labeled with "For Your Attention: Exhibitor's name and event name" for proper routing
- Hotel conference staff will direct exhibitors to material pick-up
- Attendee list will be provided upon close of online registration (2 weeks before the event) and final list one week after event
Reverse Exhibit ($3,000) **SOLD OUT**An opportunity to connect one-on-one with health system pharmacy leaders for six-minute meetings. In under two hours, gain access to key decision-makers and accomplish what usually takes weeks. Tables are assigned on a first-come, first-paid basis. Only 12 spots available!
